ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Opening and closing of the store, inventory, cash reconciliation, ordering products, customer service, proper tasks delegation to staff, staffing, training.
Share with the customers proper way of handling products as well as safety features.
QUALIFICATIONS
Leadership – able to motivate, keep positive the team.
Phone Etiquette.
Proficient Computer skills, Word and Excel programs.
Previous POS/Shopify experience.
Organized, Self-motivated, Time management skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma
College degree preferred
Previous retail management experience
